Notes: Appalachian Search and Rescue Conference requested our help to
respond to their search for a woman missing since her cabin burned down on
18 Nov. Three members responded, and conducted searches throughout the
area. On Nov. 22, remains found in the burned cabin were identified as
human and the search was suspended. On Dec. 28 those remains were
positively identified through DNA testing as the subject's. For an
