Notes: As members were securing from the Giles
County search which had ended earlier on 22 November, Hardy County
called us to assist in the search for a hunter who failed to return to his
cabin after dark. Units responded to Wardensville where we set up
headquarters at the Wardensville Rescue Squad. The hunter walked out on
his own and called the Sheriff's office when he found a phone. This was
the first search for our latest bloodhound, Scarlet.
