Notes: A 34 year old mentally challenged woman wandered away from a group home in Columbia MD at app. 1900 hrs Jan. 21. After searching all day on January 22 in sub-freezing temperatures, Appalachian Search and Rescue Council requested TOVSAR for relief personnel. TOVSAR personnel searched on January 23 in 17oF weather with 20+ mph winds, in 6" of snow. 

First mission: Lisa Christ (as an official member and new FTM); Mark Fincham, Mike and Cindy Andrews.
