Notes: A gentleman wandered away from his home the night of 16 July. He was found in dense woods by a TOVSAR bloodhound team after several hours of searching through the surrounding woods. TOVSAR's Mobile Incident Command Center responded and was used as the base of operations. Numerous other SAR groups responded.
