Notes: Appalachian Search and Rescue Conference requested our help to
respond to their search for a 9-year old autistic boy who wandered away
from his home on 18 December, just before sub-freezing conditions arrived
in the region. Our units arrived as requested at 0700 hours, but the
subject was found approximately 0815, before we were sent out on a task.
It was TOVSAR's first mission into Pennsylvania. For more information
