LOST or MISSING
The picture is blank thanks to Top of Virginia Search and Rescue Group (TOVSAR). As a first responder to search for lost, missing or over-due subjects in a rural or wilderness environment, TOVSAR is made up of volunteers dedicated to saving lives through ground search and rescue operations. Our prime responsibility is to the Sheriff's Departments of Clark, Frederick, Shenandoah and Warren Counties. We also respond to other areas of the state and West Virginia at the request of the Department of Emergency Services.
