Thank you to Circuit City of Harrisonburg VA who donated a 13" color TV/VCR for our Mobile Incident Command Center

In mid January, 2003 TOVSAR sent a thank you letter to The United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley. United Way was a contributor to our three year equipment acquisition drive. For three years they helped us with Venture Grants when we needed them. Although we did not apply this year for a grant, we stated that we may need help in the future for equipment replacement.
